A short video reminding clients to get permission from a doctor before starting any fitness or workout plan. Participation in these workout videos are at your own risk, and to make sure you listen to your body, eat before class, have water on hand, even orange juice in case your blood sugar levels get low, and a towel. To work at a level that you can handle for a 30 minute period, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being working your hardest, you should be around a 7-8 of effort used and energy expenditure. If you creep up to over an 8, take a break, grab a drink or even stop the class all together and work your way up slowly to completing the 30 minute workout.
Remember it is progression, not perfection and most importantly these classes are to get fit in a fun and convenient way.
