A description of different equipment you may need for the variety of classes offered. Most classes you will be able to complete with no equipment at all and still get an amazing workout, these workouts are great especially for those who have no equipment or may be a way from home or the gym.
Other equipment may include a yoga mat, dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a stability ball.
This allows a great variety of classes for clients to reach their goals, tone all muscle groups effectively, burn fat and have fun, all in the comfort of their own home or while away.
