Who should take these classes?
A person who feels out of shape to feeling in good condition, who wants to get started exercising but needs to start a bit slower to increase knowledge and comfort levels with form and exercises. Beginner classes will have more explanation of how to execute exercises properly and safely. Classes will have longer rest breaks, will not consist of plyometric exercises. Do expect your muscles to be challenged, heart rate to increase, and possible sweat to form, but in a very controlled manner. Yes, you could be sore in the morning!
