When my friend started dragging me to the yoga class she goes to i thought “i’ll go with her to get her off my back” but lo and behold after a couple of classes with Tina at Tina’s Fitness Studio, i was hooked!
Tina’s class is always what i seem to need…some time for me to stretch and relax and let my mind go and just focus, its amazing how well i feel when i’m done class! I feel energized, calm and ready for the rest of the week. No more back and hip pain. Thanks Tina you are the BEST!
