I didn’t think I needed a trainer. I think I must have felt it was an extravagance. I knew how to exercise! Didn’t I? Sure… But after my husband made the suggestion to try the ‘Transformation Challenge’ which included training with Tina 3 times a week, I was… transformed! I had no idea how incredibly helpful it is to have a trainer!
AND… specifically Tina!
Tina was beside me every second, adjusting the intensity, pushing me on. I would never have pushed myself as hard alone. I wouldn’t have had the confidence. I would have been afraid of the weights, and I would have stopped the reps before I had really hit my max! But with Tina there… I could push myself, I could push myself safely, and I didn’t have to think it through I just showed up, and did whatever Tina told me to do! I told my husband… ‘nobody can tell me what to do! except Tina!’ He of course makes great suggestions!
The best thing about training with Tina… Her encouragement. Tina encourages you with positive comments only. Positive comments, and positive energy. When I could only do 5 pushups from my knees… Tina would celebrate! “That was Awesome!” Because I DID IT! But its a funny thing about that kind of motivation… It makes you feel great! It makes you feel like going for it!
Now… I can do 30 full push ups! I can do pushups on a bosu! I can do pushups with my feet up on a bench!
And I KNOW that Tina is thrilled for me… working out with Tina just makes me shine!
That’s how it feels. That’s the difference a trainer makes, specifically Tina.
