I took my first yoga class with Tina many years ago. I had never taken an exercise class, let alone done yoga. Tina made classes fun and comfortable, but challenging at the same time. It wasn’t long before I was hooked! (I now attend three or four classes a week). Tina’s kind manner is combined with an incredible enthusiasm for fitness, nutrition and for life.
