- Daily LIVE fitness or yoga class with Tina in her Private Group: Online Fitness, Yoga & Lifestyle Channel
- 5 days per week for the first three weeks of every month you can workout live with Tina.
- This is an accountability group, so each week you can state your goal number of classes to reach and we will help hold you to it. Every time you complete a class you comment “smashed” and we will cheer you on, or give you a kick in the butt if you aren’t keeping up with your goal 😉
- Full access to all workout programs. There are classes that are great for beginners, intermediate and advanced fitness people. We have 15 minute, 20 minute and 30 minute classes. 1-week programs to 8-week programs. Whatever your goal is we have a program for you — don’t hesitate to ask for a recommendation.
- Every month you will get a new daily meal plan with fresh new ideas for you to add to your healthy lifestyle.
- BIG BONUS: Download any video you want and use it when you are offline and have NO access to internet or WIFI.
- 1 monthly group Q&A session with Tina where you can get all your fitness, diet and lifestyle questions answered.
- Classes will consist of mostly body weight classes, and there will also be kettle bell classes, ball classes, dumbbell classes, spin classes and yoga. So dust off your equipment that is sitting in your closet!!
- Your subscription will give you access to live online classes, as well as full access to our class workout video library, with free downloads so you can workout offline without wifi!
