Mommy & Me Class
A workout fit for two! No need for childcare, bring your baby to class with you while you get your sweat on. Every exercise is carefully selected for postpartum mommy’s. This class will improve cardio, build strength and rebuild abdominal and core muscles.
6 Week Cycle
Beginning: Tuesday February 4th at 11am
Investment: $90 plus HST

This seasonal class is held outside during the warm months. Enjoy some fresh air and sunshine while getting your workout in. All of the exercises are done with your little one(s) in the stroller. This class will give you a great calorie burn while keeping postpartum practice in mind.
(Classes are held July and August)
