Monday & Friday: Yoga
Tuesday & Thursday: Total Body and Various Body Toning Classes
Wednesday: Core & Abs / Spin (Cycling)
You will want to have dumbbells, a kettlebell and a ball for these classes.
If you want to do the Spin class you will need to have a spin bike available to you.
