At Evolve Fitness we offer a variety of Spin-Fusion classes. We love spin for many reasons, but one is that it is low impact and easy on the joints while being still high intensity and burning a ton of calories.
Our classes will get your heart pumping, sweat dripping, leave you feeling strong and coming back for more.

Classes are by reservation only and please note that space is limited.
Cancellation Policy: We both appreciate and require to cancel your reservations 4 hours prior to the class start time. Failure to cancel before this time frame will result in a pass deduced from your class package. If you have an unlimited class package there is a $10.00 fee that will be charged to your account. All of the fees generated from late cancellations are donated to local charities within our community.
SPIN CLASS: A cardio cycling class filled with upbeat music. Your instructor will take you on a journey of hills, speed work and rhythmic cycling leaving you feeling challenged, accomplished and very sweaty!
SPIN + STRENGTH: This class begins with cycling followed by functional movements and resistance exercises focusing on strength and muscular endurance. This class will challenge and tone your whole body.
SPIN + CORE: This class begins with cycling followed by ab and core work on the mat. The focus is a high intensity calorie burn followed by core activation/tummy tightening exercises. You are guaranteed to feel the burn!
SPIN + YOGA: This class begins with cycling followed by a vinyasa flow on the mat. It is a perfect balance of intense cardio and a relaxing stretch – a total yin and yang class.
STRAIGHT STRENGTH: This class focuses on exercises to build muscular strength and muscular endurance. All of the movements are low impact.
SENIOR/BEGINNER :
A softer, slower pace than the original Vinyasa Yoga. The focus is on improving strength, balance and flexibility. All levels are welcome!
