Sue Pilling
Sue became interested in yoga in 1999 when she met an older lady on the beach who moved so youthfully and gracefully. The lady said she was 70 and taught yoga. Susan knew that was something she wanted to explore.
She completed her teacher training in 2003 and continued taking courses and workshops. She completed YTT500 in 2010. She receives enjoyment, both physically and mentally when teaching and practicing yoga with others. This is what encourages her to seek continued education – to benefit both her students and herself.
Mandy Vankoughnett
Mandy started practicing yoga in February of 2007. She immediately fell in love with the link of breath with flow of poses, and the metal and physical benefits that yoga provided.
Mandy is a teacher by day and is passionate about teaching and getting students excited about learning. It was only a natural progression for her to move from client to an instructor at the studio and get other studio clients excited about yoga and healthy practice.
Mandy is continuously working on developing her practice and growing as an instructor. She is a CPTIN yoga specialist, has a prenatal yoga certification and Mad Dog spin instruction.
