This is a journey that is designed to give you the power to live freely and with confidence. During the course of twelve months we are going to teach you the tools to live a balanced life and to make choices that feel good and are good for you. We are here to help you understand how you are creating your current experience, and then how to create a different experience that will help you better achieve your goals and allow you to live the life you’ve always wanted.
During our combined 20+ years working in the health industry we have had the pleasure of meeting and working with a variety of different clients from all different backgrounds, generally with very similar goals. What we see over and over with the majority of our clients is they have a hard time maintaining their results. And often this is because they have not created lasting lifestyle changes that will result in long-term results.
They may have been super focused and worked like a dog to achieve the results they wanted, but what they had to do or sacrifice to get the results was not realistic to maintain long term. We often see clients who get in this “yoyo” cycle of working like mad to get where they want to be, unable to maintain the lifestyle it took to get there, falling off the wagon and gaining all their weight back on, stewing in self defeat for a period of time, and then finally coming back to start all over again from the beginning. The reason we created this program is because we want our clients to be successful in the long term. We want to free you from the endless cycle of gaining and losing, gaining and losing, and the mental anguish that comes along with it. We want to teach you the tools to make your own choices and create your own balance that works for you so that you don’t have to rely on a meal plan or workout program or fad product or shake that you have to sell in order to afford.
We want to teach you the tools to make your own choices so that you have the flexibility to travel or go to a friend’s house for dinner without worry or feeling like you are “off track”. We also want you to be able to enjoy the foods you love and eat in a way that feels good for you, without deprivation. Most of all we want to teach you the tools to make your own choices so that your results will be permanent.
Journey 365 is based on twelve lifestyle lessons which work on a graduated system of principles. That means that each lesson is planned systematically from one to twelve in a specific order that is structured to help you reach your goal. If each lesson is completed according to the timeline set out, the program will be completed in twelve months or one year. Each lesson needs be successfully completed and fully integrated before moving on to the next lesson. If a lesson is not fully grasped or integrated during a stage, it will be re-educated the following month(s) until it is successfully completed.
The lessons are like building blocks that will create a foundation for your new lifestyle. Without each block being laid solidly in place, there is room for cracks to form, making the foundation unstable. That is why it is so essential that each lesson be understood and accepted into routine before moving on to the next.
