A 90-Day Program that consists of 4-Pillars to take back control of your body, health & happiness.
The program can be done all online or you can utilize a coach and personal trainer for the maximum support, accountability and motivation.
Pillar 1: Getting Organized, setting priorities & gaining control – You need an individualized plan specific to you and your life to set the foundation for inevitable & last ing success.
Pillar 2: Personal Leadership – Your confidence & mental strength game needs to be ON!
Pillar 3: Health – without health, we have nothing, we need energy to lead fulfilled lives.
Pillar 4: Taking Care of Your Body with Movement.
Each of the Pillars consists of 12 Weekly Lessons so if you did all 4 Pillars you would have 4 components to work on each week.
You do not have to do all the Pillars, pick the ones that you feel you need to complete yourself as a true Boss Babe and only get Bootcamped specifically on what you need.
To create inevitable success and lasting change you must have a plan that is created specifically for you and your unique life components. Life happens, things come up, and you need a plan that can be fluid and move with you and also continually move you forward to what you want.
Consists of a weekly lesson that can be read, absorbed, worked through, and practiced. Each lesson is based on a theme to building Mental Strength, Confidence & Personal Leadership.
Without Health there is no wealth.
Pillar 3 is dependent on the client’s needs. The 12 Lessons may be on Weight-loss, Diabetes, Brain & Mood Health, Hormonal Imbalances, Digestive issues… If you have a health problem or are overweight, pillar 3 is mandatory.
Consists of 3 Weekly Online Video Workouts emailed right to your inbox OR get live 30 minute personal training sessions. These workouts are to move your body, connect you to your body, make your body strong, tone your body, and make you love your body again. We have two paradigms for this pillar – Strong Body, Strong Mind & Look Good, Feel Good.
Please note, you do not have to participate in the online classes or the PT but the aim will be to start laying the foundation to adding in movement/exercise to your lifestyle, which can be determined between you and your coach.
