We are a 24 hour facility in Parry Sound serving men and women. Our members can access the gym at any time day or night – 7 days a week. There is parking located conveniently on the street as well as 24-hour security.

After the purchase of a key fob clients can purchase a day pass online for gym access as a drop-in.
*** There is a cancellation fee for terminating monthly memberships before the end of the contract. All memberships paid in full are final sale and are non-refundable.
